2) What data we collect Depending on how you use the Website/Store, we may process: A. Identity and contact data: name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address. B. Order and transaction data: items purchased, order number, delivery status, invoices, payment confirmations (we do not store full card data). C. Account data (if you create an account): login identifier, account preferences. D. Communication data: messages you send to us (email/contact forms), and our replies. E. Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-in/opt-out, communication preferences. F. Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser data, cookies/trackers, approximate location (derived from IP), website analytics events.

3) Purposes and legal bases We process personal data for the following purposes: A. To provide the Website and Store, and to fulfil orders (contract performance). B. 9) NFT / Web3-specific privacy notes A. NFTs on our Website Our Website may display NFTs for informational purposes, with links to third-party marketplaces (e.g., OpenSea, Foundation, Crypto.com NFT Marketplace). If you click a third-party link, that provider’s privacy policy and terms apply.

B. Wallet addresses If you voluntarily provide a blockchain wallet address to us (for example, to verify ownership or to communicate about an NFT), we may process that wallet address and related correspondence for that purpose.

Please note:

  • Blockchain wallet addresses and blockchain transactions may be publicly visible on the blockchain.
  • We do not ask for your private keys or seed phrases and we cannot access your wallet.
  • We recommend that you avoid sending unnecessary personal data in wallet-related communications.

10) Security We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

11) Changes We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a new version on the Website.
